Dr Jay Daniel Thompson lectures in digital writing in the Media and Communications program at the University of Melbourne. He has also taught digital writing at Swinburne University of Technology and Victoria University. Jay has worked as a freelance journalist since 1998 and his work has appeared in The Conversation, Kill Your Darlings, Overland and others.
